Each project is treated with the utmost care and attention, but please note that production times may vary based on the volume of orders being processed.

Are shipping costs paid by the customer?

Yes, shipping costs, both for sending the product to us and for returning it to the customer, are paid by the customer. Are artist commissions always available?

Artist commissions are limited and not always available, as the artists' primary work is elsewhere and the customization service requires a significant time commitment. When commissions become available again, customers will be promptly notified via our newsletter.
